Pet Therapy is a great activity for pets, owners, and the people being visited.  It is important that your dog is well trained. 

Gretta and I started a new reading program at our local school.  The purpose of the program is to get kids excited about reading.  We worked with the kids in the SCI room.  The kids loved to see Gretta come and of course Gretta was in her glory being with the kids.  It was great to see the students want to read to Gretta.  The teachers in the room said that a couple of the kids wanted to read longer to her so they picked out longer books!  It is a great activity to do with your pet.
